Project Title: Skyline Plaza Commercial Development
Scope of Work: This project encompasses the complete turnkey construction of a modern, three-story mixed-use complex totaling approximately 85,000 square feet. The scope includes comprehensive site development, reinforced concrete foundations and structure, full architectural finishes, and the installation of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology systems. The goal is to create a sustainable, Class-A environment for retail, office, and leisure tenants.
