Project Title: Skyline Plaza Commercial Development
Scope of Work: This project encompasses the complete turnkey construction of a modern, three-story mixed-use complex totaling approximately 85,000 square feet. The scope includes comprehensive site development, reinforced concrete foundations and structure, full architectural finishes, and the installation of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology systems. The goal is to create a sustainable, Class-A environment for retail, office, and leisure tenants.

• Project Type: Ground-Up Commercial Construction

• Estimated Project Value: $12M – $15M

• Bonding: 100% Performance and Payment Bonds Required.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference & Site Tour

A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walkthrough will be held to ensure all bidders have a clear and equal understanding of project conditions, logistics, and expectations. Attendance is required for bid eligibility.

Your sealed bid must include:

• Completed Bid Form (Section 00400)

• Bid Security (5% via Certified Check or Bid Bond)

• Company Qualifications & Relevant Project Experience (Past 5 Years)

• List of Proposed Major Subcontractors

• Proof of Current License, Insurance, and Safety (EMR) Record

Bid Evaluation & Award Criteria

Summit Crest Construction will conduct a fair and thorough evaluation. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous, considering:

1. Completeness & Competitiveness of Bid Price

2. Demonstrated Experience with Similar Projects

3. Project Approach, Schedule, & Key Personnel

4. Exceptional Safety Record & Program

5. Financial Stability & Strong Client References

We reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal that best serves the interests of the project.
